Those interested in engaging Raising Exceptional People, LLC  ("REP") for the provision of services should contact REP at asd2mom@gmail.com. In general, REP services are provided in the stages as outlined below. We are flexible in the manner in which services are delivered (e.g., in person or by video chat).

Note: Parent Coaching services are always only between the parent and REP. At no time is there ever interaction between REP and any minor child.

Intake Process

After an initial discussion between REP and a potential client in order to assess whether REP can be of assistance in the client's situation,  and prior to the Assessment Consultation, the client will complete and deliver to REP an intake form attaching relevant materials listed on the form (e.g., most recent IEP, 504 Plan, and psychiatric-educational evaluations). The client will also be asked to complete an engagement letter and provide a retainer.

Assessment Consultation

Includes a review by REP of the materials provided by the client with the intake form and a discussion of goals, interventions and services needed. A program will be suggested to address the needs of the student and family.

Fees and Expenses

A retainer will typically be required as part of the intake process upon signing REP's  engagement letter.

Retainers will vary depending upon the extent of services. Any unused portion, after deduction of any expenses, will be refunded to the client.

Unless specifically agreed upon, any estimates given are not a commitment to perform services within a fixed time period or for a fixed amount.

Intake Process review fee is $250, for all other work the fee is $150/hour.

REP's fee charges are based on the number of hours worked. Total fees will vary per individual depending upon age, level of disability, life skills, and educational functioning of the student involved. If there is more than one child per family, a seperate intake process is required for each child and each child's consultation is charged separately.

In general REP does not accompany the client to meetings with other providers or the school district.
